Flair Sewing Machine
The Flair machine is a versatile performer
that gives you computerised sewing at a
great value price, comprising 50
pre-programmed stitches including 3
different types of automatic buttonholes -
square, round end and keyhole. Because
it is computerised, for each stitch selected
the machine selects the width and length to
create the perfect stitch, these can be
adjusted by the touch of a button and all
the information on each stitch is displayed
on the LCD screen.
A rotary hook system eliminates the need
for a removable bobbin case and the extra
needle penetration power lets you sew
across fabrics of any thickness. An important
function of this machine is whenever you
stop sewing the needle always stops in the
highest position, ready to release the thread.
With the touch of a button the machine
will stop with the needle in the work, ready
for turning corners. This feature dramatically
reduces the risks of snapping the threads,
damaging the needles, spool case and
machine timing. The Flair also includes a drop feed for
freehand embroidery, an auto lock button
and a variable speed control.
This is an excellent choice of
machine for use in the classroom
at an entry to intermediate level
and has proven to be our most
popular model as many teachers
feel computerised equipment fits
in with the term technology.
